1. Who we are

Bayline Clinical Supply Co. (“Bayline”, “we”, “us”) is an independent medical supply distributor and biomedical service provider located at 1063 Mapleview Drive, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, United States. 2. Information we collect

We collect only what a business relationship requires:

• Information you give us: name, job title, practice or facility name, business email, business phone, delivery address, billing contact and the content of your enquiry or order.
• Transaction records: quotes, purchase orders, invoices, delivery confirmations, service reports and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Site usage data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate city-level location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and time on page — collected only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• Correspondence: emails, voicemails and support notes kept with the account record.

We do not collect protected health information. We are not a covered entity or business associate for the purposes of HIPAA in the ordinary course of supply, and we ask customers not to send patient identifiers, records or images to us. If PHI reaches us inadvertently we delete it and confirm the deletion in writing.

3. How we use information

• To prepare quotes and fulfil orders and service visits
• To invoice, collect payment and maintain accounting records
• To provide product recalls, safety notices and back-order updates
• To maintain equipment service history and calibration documentation
• To improve this website and understand which pages help clinics find us
• To send occasional business updates to existing customers, from which you may opt out at any time
• To comply with tax, distribution and record-keeping obligations

4. Legal bases and consent

Where required by law, we rely on: performance of a contract (orders and service), legitimate business interests (account management, security, service improvement), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing email), and legal obligation (tax and distribution records). Consent given for cookies can be withdrawn at any time using the cookie preferences link.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies are required for the site to function and are always active. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies, which may include Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity, Bing Webmaster Tools verification, and comparable measurement tools. These help us understand which pages lead to enquiries and to measure advertising performance. They do not receive patient information. 6. Sharing

We share information only with parties that help us run the business: shipping carriers and freight partners, manufacturers and wholesalers fulfilling a specific order, our payment processor and bank, our accountants, our IT and hosting providers, and analytics or advertising providers where you have consented. Each is bound by contract to use the information only for the service they provide to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the consented advertising cookies described above.

7. Retention

Quotes and enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months. Order, invoice and tax records: 7 years, as required by US federal and Florida record-keeping rules. Equipment service and calibration reports: 7 years. Marketing contact records: until you opt out, then a suppression entry only. Website analytics: up to 26 months.

8. Security

We use access controls limited to staff who need the record, encrypted transport for online forms and email where supported, encrypted backups, and physical security at our Tarpon Springs facility. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay, in accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.171.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to: confirm what information we hold about you; correct inaccurate details; delete information we are not legally required to keep; stop sending marketing email; or provide a copy in a portable format. Write to welcome@sandbox.wiscomed.com with your request and enough detail for us to identify the record. We respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy statutes, and individuals in jurisdictions with equivalent laws, may have additional rights, which we honour where they apply.

10. Children

This site is directed to healthcare businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site links to manufacturer documentation, mapping services and similar resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
