Tell the customer first
If a shipment slips or a price moves, you hear it from us before you notice it. Bad news early is cheaper than bad news on a Monday morning.
Bayline Clinical Supply Co. is an independent medical distributor and biomedical service shop at 1063 Mapleview Drive, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. We were started in 2009 by Joe Bombardier and we still operate out of the same building.
Joe Bombardier spent eleven years as a territory rep for a national medical distributor before starting Bayline. The frustration that pushed him out was simple: he could see exactly what his clinics needed and had almost no authority to fix it. Pricing came from a spreadsheet in another state. A backordered box of exam gloves took four phone calls and two apologies.
Bayline opened in a 3,400 square-foot unit on Mapleview Drive in 2009 with a used box truck, roughly 400 SKUs and eight customers. Today we carry about 6,200 SKUs, run two service vans, and supply more than 480 practices — most of them within an hour's drive of the Anclote River.
We have deliberately stayed regional. We do not want to be the biggest distributor in Florida; we want to be the one whose rep can be in your parking lot in forty minutes.

Our reps are not paid on unit volume. If your par level is too high, we lower it, even though that reduces the invoice.
Lot numbers on recall-sensitive items, signed PM reports, dated substitution approvals. If it matters clinically, it is written down.
If we quote it, we can service it locally, source parts for it, and train your staff on it. Otherwise we refer you elsewhere.
Phones are answered by staff in the building between 8:00 and 18:00 ET. After hours, existing accounts reach an on-call technician.
Our field guides explain par-level math, autoclave failure patterns and how to run a supply audit.

Medical distribution carries obligations that have nothing to do with sales. We hold a Florida retail pharmaceutical-adjacent device distribution registration where required for the categories we carry, maintain product liability and errors-and-omissions coverage, and follow manufacturer instructions for storage, cold chain and lot traceability.
We do not sell prescription drugs, controlled substances, or any product requiring a pharmacy license. We do not make diagnostic or therapeutic claims. Product information on this site is summarized from manufacturer documentation; the manufacturer's current instructions for use always govern.
Lot-level records let us identify every affected account within one business day of a manufacturer notice and arrange return or replacement.
Refrigerated items travel in validated coolers with data loggers. Excursion reports go to the customer with the delivery.
We store business contact and order data only. We do not receive, request or process patient health information — see the Privacy Policy.
Send us last quarter's invoices. We will line-item match what we can, flag what we can beat, and tell you honestly where another distributor is already giving you a better number.
